A primary means for transferring technology to Exxon-Mobil operations is through research applications in which results of recent research are applied to a wide range of exploration and production problems.

Must have practical experience related to ball mill operation & maintenance, able to check the bearing clearance & condition, knowledge of ccment plant equipment (stated above) maintenance .activitics.
Basic leadership qualities to supervise group of bottom line people.
Also, basic knowledge related to safety (material lifting & shifting), lotto is a must.
Experience in cement plant is preferred.
