JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the branch level technical and presales deliverables cutting across site surveys, support contract fulfillments, project implementations/supervision, and direct presales support to the branch account management/business development team
· Manages and ensure customer support contracts are fulfilled in alignment with service level agreements and response times
· Carries out and ensure prompt resolution and fulfillment of all support problem tickets till closure while ensuring prompt reports/visibility of the service ticket resolution operations until service desk is fully operational
· Work with Associate Project manager and various solution implementation/installations as the need arises and as assigned
· Works with sales leads and account managers to provide direct presales support especially around support services sales
· Ensure that information pertaining to competition intelligence, new opportunities while carrying out ticket resolutions on site is reported promptly
Qualifications:
· A good first degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline
· Cognate post-graduate experience in a similar position, preferably, professional experience should be against the background of borderless networks solution development
· An MBA or related post graduate degree/professional qualification e.g. CCIE, CCNA, prince2 will be an added advantage
· In-depth knowledge if ICT business environment
